Kevin Owen, is an acclaimed singer-songwriter and electrifying entertainer. Born in Boston and raised in Canada, Kevin's musical journey has taken him to stages across the globe. From the age of 8, Kevin's passion for music blossomed as he discovered the power of his voice and the magic of songwriting. Fuelled by this innate talent, he pursued formal training in jazz and classical voice, composition, and arranging at the prestigious St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish. Immersed in a rich musical environment, Kevin honed his skills and expanded his creative boundaries.
With a relentless drive and commitment to his craft, Kevin has become a force to be reckoned with. His dedication shines through as he engages audiences with over 200 international performances each year. Whether he's belting out soul-stirring ballads or infusing energy into his infectious pop tunes, Kevin's stage presence leaves a long-lasting impression. Kevin's musical prowess extends beyond his solo career. He has also shared his talents as a voice instructor at the renowned Canadian Conservatory of Music, guiding aspiring vocalists on their own journeys.
Having been signed to Kevin Hunter’s management, (Natalie Cole’s manager), in New York, he was later signed to Talpa, creators of “The Voice” now BMG. Kevin’s European appearances include The Voice of Germany and The X Factor, Holland and the annual 25 city, Crazy Pianos Theater Tour.
As a songwriter, Kevin has worked with talented songwriters like Yoshi Breen, Martijn Spierenburg as well as collaborating with acclaimed producers and engineers such as Grammy award-winning "Bassy" Bob Brockman and Grammy winner, Jeff Sojka to create his brand of captivating music. As an independent artist, Kevin's singles "Anthem" and “Unsinkable” have both accrued over 300,000 streams on Spotify.
