Born in Boston USA and raised in Canada, Kevin has been performing since the age of 5 and playing piano from the age of 8. Kevin continued his musical education at St F.X. University where he studied Classical and Jazz Voice, Composition and Arranging. After University, Kevin performed as a solo pianist in Halifax, Canada as well as a vocal instructor at the Canadian Conservatory of Music. Kevin also joined the Band Steps Around the House and recorded a video for the national Canadian fitness campaign of “Participaction“ which appeared on MTV Canada.
As a seasoned solo performer and a dueling piano entertainer, Kevin has performed throughout Canada, the U.S. and Europe. As a vocalist, Kevin was recruited for a number of vocal projects in New York including as vocalist for the lead track of the motion picture Toby McTeague under the management of Kevin Hunter (Manager, Natalie Cole). As a studio session vocalist and voice over artist in Canada and the U.S, Kevin's voice has graced the airwaves of dozens of commercials.
His live engagements have been as varied as performing in some of the finest hotels such as The Dolder Grand, Zurich to concerts for 50,000 people in Halifax as well as a presenter for events such as the annual company party of Booking.com.
As a songwriter, Kevin is a member of Socan, NSAI and AIMP. His songwriting awards include winner of Q104's Homegrown Songwriting Contest, a Canada Council Grant and in 2009 Kevin won AIMP's song pitch for David Cook (Idols Winner USA) in NYC. He has performed his original music at The BlueBird Café in Nashville, The Living Room NYC and has had several songs featured on albums from Switzerland (UEFA 2008) to South Africa. In 2011, Kevin signed a publishing deal with Piapella/Talpa Music Publishing in Holland, creators of the wildly popular talent show, "The Voice". Kevin is presently signed to BMG Talpa Music.
In 2013 Kevin appeared on The XFactor in Holland. In 2014 Kevin teamed up with longtime friend and entertainer, Johnny Corsie to form the powerful piano show, “Two Ties” for the corporate market in Switzerland.
Presently Kevin and Johnny Corsie have created the show band, Hit The Jukebox complete with a stage full of talented musicians. They have performed in both Switzerland and Holland including at the Dolder Grand for their NYE Party. In January, 2019, Hit The Jukebox will partner with Crazy Pianos in Holland and will be featured weekly.
