Kevin Owen is an international singer-songwriter and entertainer. Born in Boston and raised in Canada, Kevin performs over 200 shows per year. He began singing and writing from the age of 8 and further studied jazz and classical voice as well as composition and arranging at St. Francis Xavier University, Antigonish.
From University, Kevin taught voice at the Canadian Conservatory of Music, played keys for indie band Steps Around The House, appeared on Much Music Canada, recorded the theme song for the motion picture Toby McTeague in New York, won Q104’s songwriting contest for Atlantic Canada and appeared in the national Yamaha Songwriting Contest hosted by Jim Carey in Toronto. During this time, he was also a voice-over artist for Tourism Nova Scotia, Labatt Blue Beer, Participaction Canada, the National Milk campaign of Canada, and more.
Kevin has established a reputation as a sought-after entertainer. From dueling clubs such as Crazy Pianos, The Hague, Crocodile Rocks, Myrtle Beach, Ernie Biggs, Little Rock, and Springfield and Bobby McKey’s, National Harbour to the annual 25-city Crazy Pianos Theater Tour in the Netherlands.
Kevin has appeared in his solo shows at famous venues including Indochine-Zurich, Escape-Amsterdam, Hard Rock Hotel-Davos, George Bar and Grill-Zurich, Terrasse-Zurich, Rooftop-Zurich, Zacharias Brygge-Bergen as well as the Tonic Bar-Davos during the World Economic Forum to name a few.

Having been signed to Kevin Hunter’s management, (Natalie Cole’s manager), in New York, he was later signed to Talpa, now BMG, the creators of “The Voice”. He has co-written with Yoshi Breen, Fluitsma & Van Tijn, The Future Presidents, Martijn Spierenburg, and more. Kevin’s European television appearances include The Voice of Germany and The X Factor, Holland.
Kevin’s album releases include, “You’ll Know It’s Christmas” and “XX XX Vision”. His 2020 singles include “Staying Up” and “Lockdown”. In 2021, Grammy-winning mixer, Jeff Sojka mixed both of Kevin’s singles “Unsinkable” and “Got a Record”.
